Sundance 2012 Film Festival Awards

Ahhh, Sundance. The Festival I wish I knew more about to make me sound cooler. This was the first year I’ve watched the Awards and it definitely gives you a real sense of the incredible humility and appreciation every single recipient had for the opportunity to even be considered as an applicant – something that a lot of other ceremonies could learn a lot from. Speeches were requested to remain short so that everyone could meet in the bar afterwards and amongst them came the gem, “thank you and have a lot of sex”, from one of the screenwriters of Young & Wild.
