The 16th Annual Art Directors Guild Awards – Winners

No War Horse here. And what about The Tree Of Life, the most visually stunning film of the year?! And what was honestly so impressive about the production design of Bridesmaids? Yes, the wedding itself looked pretty cool, but apart from that it was all cakes, giant biscuits and more cakes – and projectile vomiting and diarrhoea. Somehow I don’t think the latter was taken into consideration. It’s good to see Anonymous slipping in there, as there was a great deal to look at and Tintin and The Cap are welcome additions in the fantasy category.
